Black - looks intimidating, but invisible at night so always drive to be seen and expect the unexpected
Bright Silver Metallic - the new cool color, unless you drive in a lot of fog or rain
Flame Red - high awareness factor. suggests emotion and passion. But avoid if you don't like speeding tickets
Impact Orange - but only if you don't drive near the Golden Gate bridge - your Wrangler might get lost
Green Metallic - soothing color, but only if you don't drive in the forest - you might get angry looking where you left it.
Midnight Blue Metallic - classy and sophisticated, but only if you don't drive at night
Solar Yellow - high awareness factor, but only if you really don't want to collect speeding tickets
Stone White - almost as cool as Bright Silver, but not good if you drive in rain or fog
Light Khaki metallic - good all-around color 'cause it hides dirt. Guaranteed to produce fewest speeding tickets.
There you go. I don't think I missed any available colors.
Go with what your heart tells you and have a good time.

Hey Mike! I have a flame red 2000 wrangler with a tan soft top and LOVE it. Despite the fact that every girl that drives a wrangler seems to have red as well its a great color. Mud shows very nicely through it and people always stare. The tan top is by far my favorite over black. If i go mudding with the top on dirt doesnt stain it like it does on the black tops.
All of the colors are very nice except black. Its been done so many times and the majority of wranglers I see are black. If you get such a unique truck you should get something a little more unusual than the typical black.

Here's my suggestions in order of preference
1. Patriot Blue: The one I have on my 2005 Wrangler
2. Khaki: The best one to hide dirt
3. Yellow: Bright & Sunny but makes the Wrangler looks more 'cute' and less rugged
4. Black: Sexy colour on any vehicle, but done to death a bit on the Wrangler.
Get any colour, but regularly apply coating of mud!!
Enjoy

i have had 3 jeeps wranglers my first was green my 2nd was blue and my current is white. i think it just matters what color you like and what you can find my next jeep i get i would like to a silver one. but i like any jeep wrangers so colors don't really matter as long as you like the jeep. you are the one that is paying for it not them.

I'd say the color of MUD, but since a Jeep will not go where a HUMMER will go then I'd say a Pink Jeep; LOL!

yellow (hides dirt)
Black (doesn't hide dirt)
good side (dirty jeeps = fun and four Wheeling with the ladies)
bad side (washing, unless you have the ladies to help?)
Black is a good choice
