Being with people you like and love, doing activities that bring you pleasure, and (if it's your type of thing) helping others are all excellent means of achieving good mental health. Becoming involved in groups, be it church, common interest groups, book clubs, etc., are also great ways to get a sense of belongingness and that feeling of fitting in. Try out a bunch of different things, and see which ones fill your tank of happiness. You'll find in the end that the effort was well worth the outcome.

i believe that u dont need to take up a rigorous routine in order to maintain good health.
firstly if u are mentally healthy u will certainly not fall commonly ill.
in case ur routine isnt perfect dont change it completely.
MODIFY IT.
1. wake up in early hours so that u finish all ur chores in hand without haste
2. have ur regular diet , plenty of fruits will certainly reguvenate ur digestion system and keep u healthy.
3. dont opt for medication for simple coughs and colds ,
rather try finding out simple and easy home remedies as they dont have any side effects.
4.drink plenty of water.
it will keep u going throughout the day.
5.in case u are obese avoid eating junk food
6.check that u pass stools regularly everyday
irregular stools result into accumulation of wastes and toxins in ur body causing many health hazards.
7.if u have spare time do spent it in simple silent meditation, yoga or pranayam
it will help in maintaining mental balance and detoxify ur body
8. go for health check ups ,dental check ups every 3-4 months
9.maintain hygiene
10.lead a good life be a nice person and always keep smiling :):)

Please review your daily routine and try to modify with the following inclusions;
1. Try getting up early and go for a walk of at least 2 kms - brisk walk 20 minutes
2. Have 6-10 Surya namaskaras which will activate your entire body.
3. Avoid all fried food, sweets irrespective of your health status.
4. Coffee/tea to be reduced to 2-3 times per day
5.Food consumption only 2-3 times in time schedule
6. Go to bed early

Spend more time doing excercises, eating health food, going for walks, routnine & punctual clean habits. And lastly, avaoid wasting time on the internet. Sitting continuously in one place willgive you piles and diabetics.
