I had 2 inches cut off mine on Friday and I regret it sooooooooooooo much.

it grows about half inch a month wich means you'll have to live with it for 4 months the first time i cut my hair it was 2 inches also and i nearly cried but after that you get over it and start to like the idea that you are brave enough to change your hair style for me it was a liberating expeirence and now I'm not afraid to change it up . Have fun doing different hair styles before it grows maybe you'll like it! After about 2 weeks the shock will wear off I swear, and you'll feel better

"They" say that hair grows about 1/2 inch to an inch a month. Hon, I have cut a total of 6 inches off since June (from all the damage aka split ends and breakage) and I never realised how long my hair was until I cut it off and then looked at old pictures. I kind of regret it, but I dont since my hair is now healthy again.

Human hair seems to grow at a pretty consistent rate of about half a millimeter or so per day, or about half an inch every month.
"There is some scientific evidence that the growth rate of hair may vary on different parts of the head for select people. There is also some indication that the growth rate of hair on babies may be faster on the crown than on any other parts of the scalp. Usually the growth rate differences are very marginal and will not impact the hair appearance in any way." (3rd link below)

One of my sisters is a beautician and she says hair grows about 1/2 inch every month for an average person. There are Vitamins that you can take that help it grow faster and stronger. Look into it if you are really interested.

Mine grows about an inch a month, but most people's grow much less fast.

Hair normally grows 2mm every second but then it depend on the body nature like Indians have strong hair and there is products to use for vitamins our hair needs it just like the body
