Perfection? It all depends on whom is looking at the issue. At normal human mentality, something can be perfection but it really is not because nothing in this world is ever perfect unless its God then the issue cease to exist.
As for Satan as a fallen angel, well... the reasaon he fell is not because he is perfect but because he thinks that he is Better than other God's creation...mainly humanity.

Perfection within good or bad?
Before he was renamed by God to Satan, he was a perfect angel, a son of God. Now he is perfectly evil.
He was a high ranked angel that started to think too much of himself. When man was created he decided that he wants man's worship for himself, worship that wrightfully belongs to God. Thus he rebelled against God.
Became the Devil, the manslayer. So many people chooses the Devil's ways thinking he will protect them, protect them from who, God? The devil is a manslayer, when he has used you up he will destroy you. He is angry for he knows he has a short period of time left to live, so does the people who follow his ways.

Deu 18:13 Thou shalt be perfect with the LORD thy God.
Eph 5:27 That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.
You are mis informed.....
Satan was cast out of heaven because He desired worship....
He was only a reflection of Gods light He was not light,
Just like the moon has no light in it, it glows because of the reflection of the sun, without the sun, the moon is total darkness.

Pride. He also likes to decieve by mixing truth with a lie.Yes, God made him the most beautiful of all the angels, but it was Satan who became puffed up in pride within himself and forgot HOW he became so beautiful, as well as created. Plainly put, he's stupid!

Perfection is a concept like infinity. We use the word in a comparative sense. To indcate something better than others.

"Be perfect, therefore, as your heavenly Father is perfect" (Matthew 5:48). Perfection is not a sin, it's a goal. However, perfection can't be obtained away from God. Since He's the one who's perfect, He's the only one who can help us to be perfect, just like Him. For human beings, a perfect person is meant to be someone who never sins and never falls. For God, a pefect person is the one who keeps a relationship with Him. Let's remember that we're fallen creatures with an evil nature (Romans 3:10). God knows it very well, and all He asks is our hearts so He can put pefection where there's not any; and if we fall, He's always there to forgive us if we want, and lift us again (1 John 2:1-2).
About Satan it is said, "You were the model of perfection, full of wisdom and perfect in beauty,"... "You were blameless in your ways from the day you were created till wickedness was found in you."... "Your heart became proud on account of your beauty, and you corrupted your wisdom because of your splendor." (Ezekiel 28:12,15,17).
Perfection is not a sin, but pride is. How come a perfect being became proud? It is still a mistery not revealed yet.
The following paragraph is a quote by a well-known christian author:
"Little by little Lucifer came to indulge the desire for self-exaltation. The Scripture says, "Thine heart was lifted up because of thy beauty, thou hast corrupted thy wisdom by reason of thy brightness." Ezekiel 28:17. "Thou hast said in thine heart, . . . I will exalt my throne above the stars of God. . . . I will be like the Most High." Isaiah 14:13, 14. Though all his glory was from God, this mighty angel came to regard it as pertaining to himself. Not content with his position, though honored above the heavenly host, he ventured to covet homage due alone to the Creator. Instead of seeking to make God supreme in the affections and allegiance of all created beings, it was his endeavor to secure their service and loyalty to himself. And coveting the glory with which the infinite Father had invested His Son, this prince of angels aspired to power that was the prerogative of Christ alone. "
In fact, pride is the worst sin. It was pride which originated all the problems . It's the most offensive sin for God, because pride is against His nature. God is humble. (1) (Read Luke 22:24-27; John 13:4-15).
A humble person can admit his/her mistakes, ask for forgivness, and be forgiven. But a proud person will never admit he/she is wrong, therefore will never ask for forgiveness, and then God --though He really wants to forgive-- can't do it with anyone who does not want His forgiveness. He'll never force anyone against his/her will. God really wants to forgive, but the proud person would just not let Him do it. (Read Luke 18:9-14).
God bless you!

We are created in the image of God so it means we are born perfect but God has given us the free will to chose what kind of person we become -imperfections started.
