The Eureka lemon is probably the most widely grown lemon variety in the world. It is a true 'bitter' lemon with a high juice and acid content. With correct plant nutrition, fruit should be thin-skinned and virtually seedless. Fruit tends to be borne in terminal clusters.
It is a knobby, thicker-skinned lemon. The lemon has a short neck at the stem end and contains a moderate amount of juice. This variety of lemon generally contains some seeds. The Eureka and Lisbon lemons are very similar in flavor, aroma and acidity.
It produces abundance of fine market quality lemons year round. Juicy fruit with few seeds is borne at an early age.
