There's nothing wrong with my teeth I just think gold ones would look dead classy.

Private dentistry costs a fortune.

No the NHS would not pay for gold teeth if there was nothing wrong with your teeth.
Plus It would hurt like ****, I have 2 Silver ones (at the back) and the procedure is VERY painfull.
Think about what you would look like when you are in your 60`s, would you look classy then?

Why not? The NHS still does lung surgery on smokers!

Perhaps you'd have a chance if you were to stage a hold-up and try to scare your dentist into doing it!

(But that would probably only work for the first appointment when they took the cast of your existing teeth and then removed them in preparation for the gold ones to be made...then they'd probably be so annoyed at your preposterous actions that they'd leave you toothless and gummy or the rest of your days...sorry!)

No. NHS cover would only pay for extractions if clinically required and if you did need all your teeth removing the NHS would only cover dentures made of acrilic to replace them. Also, unless you are on low income or in a special group you would still have to pay some of the charges.

I think all gold teeth should be free on the NHS.

I'm going to hold out for diamonds

God you're behind the times aren't you? Don't you know the pirate look is like, totally last season?
Just file down your stumps to a nice Shane McGowan tombstone look and break out the crackpipe to keep them authentic.
Once again, Kate Moss has beaten you in the fashion race.
Get with the programme sista!

Nowadays nothing is impossible, if u have sufficient money.
But why should you disturb you natural teeth which is god's gift. If you want to know more, ask people who had to remove many of their teeth because of damage or disease. Keep those original ones with you and happy chewing.
