Depending on your desired result:
if you want to straighten it (blowdry and flat iron) Arosci just came out with a fabulous straightening lotion - it's called 7 Day Straightening Lotion. Only apply it to the frizzier parts of your hair (not at the scalp, it will make your hair look greasy if you do this)
when blowdrying, do not blowdry upside down this could cause more frizz. only blowdry from the top down. this will help the cuticle stay more calm instead of being blown all over the place.
your blowdryer should have come with an air concentrater, this will also help with the frizz.
get hair products for softening and moisturizing.
good ones to try :
All Soft-Redken
Sleek-Matrix
Smooth Down-Redken
Super Skinny-Paul Mitchell

about 3 times a month (to start) go to your hair salon and get a deep conditioning treatment. as the condition of your hair improves, you will only eventually need one a month
Hair Cuttery has the Chemistry System
the stylist can custom blend the treatment for whatever the problem is

Try hot oil treatment either at saloon or DIY. You can buy them from any pharmacy shelves or hair saloon. You will come out with softer and manageable hair.

Try moussing it and blow drying it upside down. This should make it curl. You could also try a curl cream to help control the frizz.
