I would buy one of those special high-pitched whistles which dogs can only hear. Put it around your neck on a string and blow it when you see a stray dog and the sound may startle it. I hope I could be of help.

There aren't any "natural repellants" to dogs as u call it but I would suggest u to stay away from their path. Dogs get aggressive when they know that someone is scared of them and believe me, they can feel it that u're scared. So it's best that u don't show them that u're scared. Just be calm and cool and walk past them without even looking at them. That way, the dogs won't take it as a challenge and would leave u alone.

blv me dogs can detect weather the person is a inhabitant of the street or a new one, so untill u become familiar to ur street dogs avoid going out in nights.once u r then it won't bother to hurt u .as for the day is concerned the dogs hav many other businesses so worry not they won't come close u at that time.

Yeah probably, but if you travel by plane from Britain, you'll have to put it in the cargo hold luggage where it might explode. After the problems they just had, you won't be able to carry it on with you.

Get over your fear. Dogs will only bother you if they scared themselves and sense fear in you. Most stray mutts in 3rd world countries are small and skinny and not very aggressive. Your own attitude is the most important.

Well good luck, try carrying a stick around to hit them away ONLY if they attack you. But one thing dogs can detect is fear. Your best option is to probably go to a pet shop or shelter and spend a bit of time with them to decrease your fear.

You can carry a purse sized hair spray..When dogs are near, just spritz the air at their height, and they will back away.
My kids used to carry it when they walked to school..works like a charm.

I dont think they would like anything sprayed a them so use anything. Dont they hate citris or something? carry around a lemon everywhere u go......if it comes near u just aim, throw, and run........well , the hairspray idea sounds good too.
