I have known this women who has been in & out of abusive relationship - since she was alway in need of money I would usually lend it to her - but sometime ago she came to me and ask for a huge loan (i only give her a portion of it) and said she will be pay me back everything since she would be quitting her her job moving to a new job and be getting all her compensation from her previous job. The day she was suppose to hand back the money she took off with a guy to work on a far away island.
Now she is back again (had endure abuse again) and asking me for Money again. Should I give it to her

No. She is a user. She seems to have a way of landing herself in trouble, without any regard for the consequences.
Live and learn. You are not a bank. Do NOT feed her habit of borrowing money that she has no intention of re-paying. She thinks you are an easy target because of your kindness and concern, but clearly she has no respect for you.
Do NOT give her the money.

i don't think giving her money would do her any good. Frist of all since this is a case of repetitive issue, then what you should do is give her some avdvice on how to resolve all of this. Second of all there is in no way you could take in this sorts of problem all the time. So as a friend I guess you should help her and not drap this down along with her.

Is there any way you can help work with her on her problem without giving her any money? If there is , try that. If she doesn't wan't your help that way, then she's probably trying to use you.... but you never know... she might really have a problem by the mistakes she's made and helping her in kind instead of cash might change her life around

Of course NOT.
She didn't repay your loan. It's enough reason to dump her as a friend. If you don't, she will do it over and over again.
