is it the memory increasing technique in general or in studies. as the question comes under education and reference and other education in the yahoo category i assume you would like to remember what all that you have en massed in your study. see, the memory is very much in tact. but then the retrieval part is what is to be triggered. perhaps you have been a habitual verbatim mugger (learning by heart) at the youth. this habit in turn expects you to think you have to remember all the sentences that you have witnessed in the book. had u meticulously jolted down only the points and memorised only the points and elaborated it at the time of writing then fine your memory level is not over burdened. after all your memory is also 128 mb ram or 256 mb ram fixed unlike the peripherals which you can add on. so it is time you have to rationally use the available ram given to you by god. more you store the more is spilt. so start memorising only points and not the entire notes and study full, and have confidence to highlight writing upon the hints so memorised. thank you

I've always thought that one's memory is good at activities one likes to do and otherwise, if the person doesn't. So, it's not a question of trying to 'increase' your 'memory power'. But more on how you can find ways to effectively interest yourself in what you want to retain in your mind. Just to cite an example: Am sure if a girl walks upto you and says, 'my name is Neha and am interested in you', you don't think your memory power will desert you there, do you? You are right on target.

after reading few pages try to write what ever you can recall.. grand Maia house remedy.. eat 5-8 almonds, and 5-magaz..( five peeled seeds of water melon, sweet melon etc) are readily available from any pansari (baniya) shop, eat one tea spoon full followed by milk

early morning after bath sit and meditate for 5 minutes thinking of a particular thing eg ; god ., ur parents etc just try it . it makes a lot of difference..................
