You said you gave him Albon..does that mean he tested possitive for cocci?
Cocci can cause bleeding, but the medicine would be useless for Parvo, or other viruses. He really needs a vet visit.
8 week old pupies are just too fragile to waste time guessing.

I had a puppy from a nasty backyard petbreeder, and she had horrible diarrhea-Took her in with a sample-She had worms and a bacterial infection. The Albon worked along with another medicine, and I know this is gross, but I put a little (very little) thin coat of A&D ointment on her butt after she pooped, cuz she had some bloody diarrhea, and it was really irritating her little fanny. She would literally cry and whine when she went poop. It was terrible. But, the medicine and the A&D did work. I know, it's a horrible thing. Good Luck

Get him to a vet immediately. I hope the vet prescribed the Albon after doing analysis on a stool sample. Albon is for bacterial infections, if it's viral it won't work and could complicate the situation further.

Take pup to the vet. They will first want to do a stool sample, and probably x-rays to make sure there is no foreign body. Take him to the vet as sson as you can, preferably tomorrow. if he starts to vomit, seems bloated, or can't get comfortable tonight you may consider an emergency vet if you can afford it. Most likely it is a parasite, although a diagnosis can never be made without a veterinary exam. The chances of it being cancer in such a young dog are highly unlikely.

It is probably some irritation due to a. parasites b. the food. He's too young to have cancer, plus in cancer the blood is mixed with the poo, you don't see it aside. My cat had the same problem as a kitten when eating dry food. Give your dog boiled chicken fillet (no bones!!) for a week and see how it goes. Also, give him the appropriate medication for parasites for his age. Consult your vet.

PS. Has he eaten anything dangerous, like bones or a sharp thing that could cause a wound?

You take that dog of yours to the vets and you bring in a stool sample- it could be some kind of cancer, some kind of diease or some kind of worm. And do it as soon as possible
