Take the LIRR to the station nearest Central Islip and then cab it!

Unless you're incapable of taking stairs into the subway and LIRR, it makes no sense to pay for a car service.

Check with a car service. Best bet would be to take the train directly to Central Islip.

man as long as the gas continues to go up the cab fares go up .. most cab companies are robbing people and taking advantage saying they have to feed their families but the cab costs are ridiculous.. it will cost u about 100 dollars to get to central islip.. it will be your best bet to take the train into the jamaica station of the long island railroad, and then take the long island railroad to central islip or look at the maps and get as close as u can and then cab it from out there.. there is a car service called partners.1516-741-1515 that have limos and towncars and you may be better

look, basically take the long island Rail highway from Jamaica Station going Eastbound to correct Islip. it somewhat is on the Ronkonkoma line and you basically getout at C.I. it somewhat is approximately an hour holiday and expenditures approximately $9.50 one way. an excellent sort of cabs there.
