Beer has only about 5% alcohol. Hard liquor has 40% alcohol.
If you drink beer, your arteries will be very clear and you wont get kidney stones.Too much beer causes beer belly (obesity). It is unlikely that it can cause liver damage other than a fatty liver. If you drink a lot of hard liquor for a prolonged period, you can damage your liver. But luckily the liver is the only organ in the body that can repair itself. Whatever the case maybe, anthing in access can weaken the heart muscles. Happy Drinking

well, liquor in small quantities is good for your health. It can be good for a cold, sort out an upset stomach, but beer especially, has hops, or malt. In fact, if beer had any more malt in it it would be a health drink! Not to mention fibre

So yes, beer is healthier than most other alcoholic drinks

no, neither is "healthy" in excess. but if you're gonna drink beer go for the darkest beer. real dark beer has more antioxidants.
