I would like to lose about 5kgs in 2 months.
I generally eat healthy food ie I have my 5 serves of veg and 2 serves of fruit each day and i eat cereal for breakfast. I exercise for an 1hr on 4 times during the week. But I still can't seem to shed this excess weight I have particularly around my stomach area which is really embarissing not to mention annoying. I just want to lose it the healthy way. Can you give me any tips?

Eat more frequent meals but in smaller portion.Drink a lot of water(1-2 liters a day). It makes your skin glow and helps “flush out” bad things in your body.Have a combination of grains, dairy, and fruit for each morning.Don’t put salt on your food and exercise at least 3 times a week.Eat a variety of foods. If you eat the same thing every single day, your body will feel restricted.Enjoy the things you eat. Food is your nourishment, not your enemy.Eat healthy snacks and veggies. If you’re on a diet, have one day where you can eat anything you like. That way you won’t feel left out on other stuff.

Try jogging or running (if you can) for about 45 minutes 5 days out of 7. You will find out that your metabolism will go up and you'll lose that fat around your stomach.

You clearly have to lower your calorie intake or increase your calorie expenditure. It's basic arithmetic.

If nothing happens it's because you burn the same you eat. So, eat less, exercise more, or both.

Eat smaller portions and spread them out. Never eat after 9pm at night and make sure you get sleep. The body burns fat in sleep.
