Arms at a 90 degree angle. Wrists loose and relax. Head straight. Jaw slack. For jogging, your foot should strike with your heal first then roll to your toe.

If you want to pick up the tempo, lean forward, and your footstrike should land on the ball of your foot, roll forward, and push off from your toes. Your arms should be moving quickly in rhythm with your legs. Faster turnover speed is more efficient than longer strides and you use up less energy in the process. No joke. :)
