well i have lets say 1 inch of hair and i want to grow it like john mayer lol or if u have seen da movie john tucker must die the brother of john tucker i was wonder how long it would take to grow and if there are any secial shampoos or stuff lik that etc. to make it grow faster

vitamins and plenty of protein...There are shampoo's on the market that claim to help hair grow.But,I've never tried them.My hair is 4'1/2 ft. long.When I started growing it out it was neck length.I took prenatal vitamins when I got pregnant,but,talked to a cosmetologist about this same subject and she told me that it didn't matter if I took prenatal vitamins or another one over the counter.Trimming you're hair every 4-6 weeks keeps it healthy.I used to condition mine with cholesterol found in beauty salon shops.

Just be patient and let your hair grow, but trim the ends regularly.
And just to let you know, Rogaine, is for hair-loss, so no!
