do you mean you want to know how to make boiled eggs or what to make with boiled eggs?
anyway to make boiled eggs:
-Bring eggs to room temperature before using.
-If the egg has been stored in the refrigerator it can be warmed gently under a flowing hot tap.
-Place sufficient water to cover the eggs in a saucepan and bring to a gentle boil.
-Lower the eggs carefully into the water, using a tablespoon.
-When the water reboils, start timing and reduce the heat so that the water simmers gently.
-Fast boiling makes the egg white tough and causes the egg to bang against each other and crack.
-Timing boiled eggs depends on the size and degree of hardness desired.
-You should start timing the eggs from the moment the water first boils.

I'm assuming you know how to boil egges to make them hard boilrd. You can egg salad for egg sald sandwiched or sliced the boiled eggs and make a sandwich with them. Use a little mayo on bread and salt and pepper on the eggs. If you like onions add a slice to the sandwich. You can also make deviled eggs. I don't have a recipe for those.

Place egg gentle in a pan of water on stove (make sure to turn it on)...Bring to a boil 5 to 10 minutes after it starts boiling, turn the stove off (this is the important part) dump water out of pan, now do this in a sink, the water will be hot, so dont stick your fingers in it...You can run cold water over them or let them cool off.
Now you will have to peel the eggs, this is most difficult if you have no fingers, if not use your teeth....Then pop them in your mouth and chew...Whala boiled egg

I learned how to do this in my culinary arts class. they told me to boil the water first then put the eggs in. then u let the water simmer for 5 min with the eggs in it. after that u turn off the stove and let them sit in the hot water for about 10 more min. This prevents them from getting that green edge on them.
