So Christians hate homosexuals. Gay is sin. Right? Well I know I'm right because I've seem homosexuals verbally abused and scorned by Christians all over the world.

So we have to assume Christians hate homosexuals for at least a few reasons :

1. The Bible
2. They think homosexuality is a choice, that gays CHOOSE to sin.
3. It's pop-culture for Christians to hate gays.

My viewpoint is this: A lot of gay people are so distressed about their homosexuality that they want nothing more than to be able to "become" heterosexual, but are obviously unable to. With all the hatred and bigotry and gay-bashing out there, would anyone CHOOSE to be homosexual? No way. A lot of gay people would leap at the chance to "turn" straight. Which is even further proof that the decision isn't up to them.

Acting on it in an improper manner is.

Any sexual activity between two unmarried persons (whether straight or gay) is sinful.

Heterosexual couples can resolve the issue by getting married.

Homosexual couples cannot, because God will not sanction same sex marriages.

I know several homosexual and I am not sure that they are born like that. To me it seems to be that they once or twice have been
turned away from the opposite sex and now have found relief in the same sex together with someone with the same experiences. They might be a some sort of weak personality who has no confidence within them self. Another possibility is that they want to be something but can't and why not be the worse you could think off. It is a large question to answer, too large to be within the given frames here.

Go look up Exodus International if you want to know more and if you're willing to seek a way out of it (any that are enslaved by homosexuality and that lifestyle). This is an excellent organization that has helped many people leave that sinful lifestyle.

I personally have known several former homosexuals (and former lesbians), who are now happily serving the Lord and wouldn't ever want to go back to that lifestyle.

You can't deny that they have changed, and are no longer enslaved by that lifestyle. You can say whatever you want, but their lives are proof that they weren't born that way (as even they themselves now say).

If you really want to be obedient to God and be His, He will give you the power to change.
