I have seen offers, but I don't think they are legal.
You have to go to the county clerks office. There you need to show your ID's, fill out a form and pay the fee to get the license.
Then get married and bring or send back the paperwork for the license to be processed by the clerks office.

Well there is always Vegas.. they have a drive thru wedding chapel.. :)

Congrats!

First of all Congrats!! You currently can not LEGAL get married online. There is websites where you can have an online reception where you can actually have people join you. Its just not legal. My fiancee and I also meet on yahoo and are planning to offically tie the knot on Sept 16th. We did do the online wedding thing (just for fun) so that our family that wouldn't be able to join us for the wedding would be able to have some part in it! JUST REMEMBER ITS JUST FOR FUN AND IN NO WAY LEGAL!! Here is the link:

I don't think its such a good idea. Its still good to get married in the church or have a beach wedding so people and god is the witness on that special day.
