Wow, everyone else seems really angry.
No proof of god or satan, so I don't know if they exist (probably not).
However, in this hypothetical situation, I'd tell satan, "Sure, just don't be such a d*ck next time!"

In the first place, you are suggesting that God would turn over the perfect plan to a fallible judge.
In the second place, Satan made his choice in full knowledge unlike us. We are deceived into believing either there is no God or that God is fallible.
In the third place, Satan is unrecalcitrant. He has no desire to change his ways. I can let go of hatred, but I can't drop my guard against him because he is trying to destroy me.
The command to forgive is specific to men (people.) Men can change their minds and hearts toward God where the fallen angels' choice is permanent.
Given these facts, I will not forgive Satan nor have I been commanded to. But the people he's deceived I can forgive if they ask in honest regret for their actions. Actions, choices that were based on bad information.

Your question is pointless. Satan would have to ask for forgiveness first...and that isn't going to happen because the Book of Revelation tells about how his end will come.
The most important point that all of you who are so willing to point fingers at God, having the nerve to call him hypocritical for not forgiving Satan, is that Satan has committed the unforgivable sin. Blasphemy against God is unforgivable.
As for respect as a Christian, even Jesus, who knew firsthand how evil the devil was, refused to call him names or insult him. That's how good our God is.

This bears a resemblance to the Arian heresy, and how it relates to predestination vs Free Will.
A more recent example is the Coptic Gospel of Judas.
The Arian heresy was the Satan was doing God's will, and would be redeemed at the End.
One corollary was that God tested Lucifer, and Lucifer passed the test. The test was that God told the Angels not to bow down to anyone but him. Then God told the Angels to bow down to Man, and Lucifer refused, thus honoring the original command of God. There is a similar corollary, but it doesn't advance the topic.
The Gospel of Judas kind of reinforces predestination, rather than free will.

I will forgive everyone, the judgement is up to God. Satan can not escape the consequences of his actions, that's why he's miserable for the eternities.

In order for someone to be forgiven, they must ask for forgiveness and must repent. Satan would never repent, so he cannot be forgiven. Anyway, since Satan is a fallen angel, it would be up to God, not humans to forgive him.

No Satan is already doomed. When he tried to take Gods throne he messed up royally then and there is no hope for him. I will never be Satan's buddy no matter what.

I HAVE TO GO WITH WHAT THE BIBLE SAYS AND IT DOES NOT SAY SATAN IS GOING TO CHANGE EVEN IN THE 1000 YEAR REIGN TO MAKE IT 7,130 FROM EDEN.
TIME GIVEN IS FROM ALL LOST TO ALL SAVED. THERE IS MORE TIME.
Satan has 6,130 years from Eden in his world that ends for 1000 year reign of Jesus.
I do not know how many souls were born after Adam in Eden to the end of Satan, but he is murderer of them all. John 8:44; 2Cor.4:3,4;
Heb.2:9,14,16 [ Jesus has earned the right to destroy the devil ]; Rev.20:1-6,12,13;
1Cor.15:22; As in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive.

Trick question - God is willing to forgive all.
God's grace is a free gift all we have to do is accept it.
Lucifer would not seek forgiveness.
His pride prevents him from saying he is wrong.
He thinks he is better than God, why would he "beg" for forgiveness???
So I would have to say that Lucifer can be forgiven whenever he wants to be.
Oh, and as far as ME forgiving him...noone but God can forgive Sins.
