The milk is full of calcium. The child body needs more milk to
build up the bones. But in the adult case no need for that much
of calcium. Because this calcium if exceed the certain amount it
will precipitate and making a stone problem speicily in the liver
and kidney. Try to drink one cup per day
best luck for your health

No. Milk is a relatively benign food, assuming that you're not allergic to it and that you're not drinking whole milk while being overweight.
Milk is the one liquid food that turns into a solid when it reaches the stomach, so it can fill you up for only a few calories, has lots of protein and vitamin D is usually added. During your teen years you form all the eggs you will carry for your entire life, so it is important that you eat wholesome, unprocessed foods and take your multivitamins each day. Milk is one of those foods.

The dairy association would have you drink all you want and then some because it is money in their pockets, but humans lose the ability to digest milk properly at approx. age 4. Hence, this undigested milk can turn to fat. Also, pasturized milk is cooked so it is almost impossible to digest the calcium from it. Instead, the calcium is deposited at the joints and causes arthritis in later years. Last, but not least, milk coats your stomach and makes it hard for other foods to digest also--again, they are much more likely to turn to fat. How much milk did you say you wanted???

No, milk is good for you! In fact, three glasses a day is the daily reccomendation, so you're not even that much over. Just try not to drink too much at once, because your stomach cannot digest lactic acid (the stuff in milk) as quickly as it can other things, and it may make you sick. But milk encourages strong, healthy bones, and should help with growth not stunt it!

Drinking milk is good, however, too much of anything is a bad thing, but 4 cups is not too much.

Milk is good for you and if anything, is beneficial for your health and your height as the calcium encourages bone growth and strength. Low-fat (2%) or skim milk is best because of reduced fat.
"The 2005 Dietary Guidelines for Americans also recommends milk and milk products as sources of dietary calcium based on studies that show a positive relationship between intake of milk and milk products and bone mineral content or bone mineral density at one or more skeletal sites.
The NICHD has selected low-fat or fat-free milk as an excellent source of calcium because it has high calcium content without added fat, and because the calcium is easily absorbed by the body. Low-fat and fat-free milk products are also good sources of calcium."

this sounds like crazy talk to me. but im not a professional so perhaps im wrong.
i thought milk was excellent for growing bodies....... especially women as it makes the bones nice and strong and healthy and less at risk for osteoporosis.
you should ask your doctor or a nutritionist. but this sounds like incorrect information to me.
