Don't follow the crowd. Don't be an outcast either. Just be yourself, and things should go fine. High school is fun, enjoy it.

Be yourself, dont change who you are for anyone, also stick to your morals and goals and always try to do your best and if you can try and not wait to the last minute, the habits you set now will determine many factors that will effect the rest of your life, it can mean the difference between working a minimum wage job or having a well paying career that you love to go to each day. Don't get sucked into bad behavior or be too concerned with impressing people. I am coming up on my 20 year reunion in another 5 years and in the end none of it mattered...the smart popular people did pretty well...the stupid popular people are still stuck in that rut of being not very smart and now their looks are fading and they haven't been popular for over a decade. The smartest people have great jobs and are doing well for themselves. The girls who partied all the time are either in jail or have lots of kids ('partying' too much will do that). Just do what you do well and don't be bothered too much by all the drama. If you get comfortable with being yourself and doing what you do to the best of your ability then people will gravitate toward you...and you won't have to work so hard at trying to make people like you.

Try to get an education, use the educational system to the max while it is free and think of your future. Do all your homework and try to get the basics down because you will need them later. HS becomes irrelevant to people who are goofing off all the time and not studying.. and more and more so as time rolls on; because when one slacks on the foundational things of their education, then it comes around to bite them in the butt later when they are juniors and seniors; they are so far out of the loop that they have NO IDEA what the teacher is talking about!

Anyhoo, in high school you'll be expected to write fairly coherent compositions. Be sure to avoid including irrelevant statements in such written works.

ur gonna have fun in high school. get involved! join a sports team, club, or something! that way u will make more friends and have more fun! I was a freshman last year and it was sooooooooooo much fun!

make sure you are yourself...dont try to be something you're not. you are going to be faced with difficult learning situations these next 4 yrs. if you fall into peer pressure remember to not dwell on your mistakes but to learn from them and grow from them. trust me, you will come face to face with this. high school is fun, so make it fun....this is YOUR life. make it great.

yeah. don woi bout it. seriously. concentrate on your school work and don woi bout what people think of you. go in there and make friends with a group and try to last with them till the end. also, just go in there and be yourself.

stay away from the upper classmen we have a habit of throwing little 'Im gonna ebay myself on the internet' people in the trash can !! ...Beware of high school it's the worst!!
