I am not an expert in psychic powers but it would seem that having psychic ability doesn't mean being ominpotent. It may just mean that you can sense something just before it happens, or be able to read emotions left behind after a tramatic experience. Being able to know your identity blindly or next week's lottery numbers are beyond the scope of a psychic. It would be interesting to know how many psychics died of preventable diseases.
