Here it is- it has worked for my 2 kids, and others after I tell them........

1. get m and m's handy
2. get a small potty chair
3. get a couple books about potty
4. you need to be home for about 4-5 days straight
5. now you can start. let them run around bare-but
6. Set the timer for 1/2 hour. Tell him/her to sit on the potty for 5 min. (read them a book in the mean time if it's to long for them.) If they go, give lots and lots of praise!!! I mean go crazy!! Give them about 3 m and m's.
7. Set the timer for 1/2 hour
8. Avoid asking the question "you got to go potty?'
9. Timer goes off- ok! What does that mean junior? Time to go potty again he or she would say, or you say it if they don't
10. repeat process all day long. If they go # 2 in the potty, reward with a handful of m and m's. They are very colorful and kids love them!!

11. Praise praise praise. I do spank my kids for behavior problems such as lying, disobedience, and bad attitudes, but never for having an accident. If there is an accident, clean it up queitly, and don't say much at all. Remind them it's ok, but try to make it in the potty next time, or in your own words.

Good luck!!! Hope this helps you. My girl was potty-trained in two days with the method. Took my 2 1/2 year old son a week. Leave pull-ups on them at night just in case.
p.s. if this doen't work at all, try again in a few months.

Buy a doll that pees, You know the one we gurls had for a toy as a kid.. Get the kidy potty they are learning to use or the big one. Get the kids to feed her, and when she has to pee or use the bathroom. Take the dolls to the potty to let her pee, and ask your sons if they want to try like how the dolly is.

1. try putting cheerios in the potty and let them "shoot" them
2. put underwear on them for a few minutes and compliment them on being good grown up boys. ask them if they like the feel of the underwear better than diapers.
3 have patience, kids Will sometimes just start doing things on their own
4 buy "potty books and videos" there are plenty available.
Good luck

Ok, I recently got my baby off the diaper. What you need to do is to put him in underwear and just let him wet himself. After several times of wetting himself, place him in the bathroom and tell him to change his underwear himself since he is not cooperating. Leave the bathroom because you are tired of cleaning his mess. After one week I guarantee he wont go to diapers and will pee and poo on his own. Always reward him with a gummy bear (the vitamin kind). ^_^

Stop wearing diapers for them. Let them feel the mess if they pee on their pants. Let them know that it is messy and smelly and might also dirty their toys, mattress etc. Try to bring them to pee every hour or so and let them get use to it. Even when they are taking their nap or sleeping at night, try to bring them to pee every 2-3 hourly. It might be tough to you, but it does work.

don't make them...

let them decide this for themselves...

but maybe you can say that big boys don't go in the diaper aymore... big boys go in the toilet...

make them envious of those who go potty...

but don't force them or they'll just delay it longer...
