I am Christian and I can say that the way I believe makes me feel good about myself because I feel like I am doing something for the good of myself and my family.I am helping my family have morals and live life happy.I'm not perfect but really who is?I feel like I can acomplish anything. My heart feels great because this religion helps me not be hatefull or judge people and it makes me happy.Whats so wrong with a religion that makes people happy and doesn't condone violence or anything immoral?I was a full atheist just 5 years ago.

Thank you Jesus for everthing in my life, bless these people who need blessings in their life and the ones who have bitterness in their lives.Bless those who have been hurt in life and bless those who want or are trying to change their life for the better.Lord bless the people who are about to write something mean,or attack my Christian religion.I forgive them.In Jesus name-AMEN

I just want to add a big God bless you again to those of you who took the time to say something nice, and peaceful. It doesn't even faze me to hear someone trying to bring down my spirit,IT WON'T HAPPEN.It is a sad life being cruel to others.

Blessed :)

I experience Peace, Love, and Joy due to my daily relationship with the Christian God.

I used to be an atheist. Over a period of time however, I grew convinced of the existence of the Christian God, and ultimately committed my life to Christ (e.g., see http://www.godsci.org/gs/chri/testimony/seek.html ).

I join you in your prayer above.

Cordially,
John

For having recognized Baha'u'llah, I am a brilliant star in the galaxy of Wisdom.

My moniker used to be "Beautiful, Loved & Blessed" and that is partly how I feel about being a Baha'i. I also feel KNOWLEDGEABLE because as a result of becoming a Baha'i, I have studied the Christian, Muslim, and Baha'i religions in depth. I know more now about religion than I ever did when I was a devout Christian, and for many years too.

As for how else I feel, imagine doing these things below, and then imagine how you'd feel. Imagine pleasing God in this way, and this is how PRIVILEDGED AND HONORED I feel, because God has entrusted me with these MOST HONORABLE counsel as to how to treat others:

"Be generous in prosperity, and thankful in adversity. Be worthy of the trust of thy neighbor, and look upon him with a bright and friendly face. Be a treasure to the poor, an admonisher to the rich, an answerer to the cry of the needy, a preserver of the sanctity of thy pledge. Be fair in thy judgment, and guarded in thy speech. Be unjust to no man, and show all meekness to all men. Be as a lamp unto them that walk in darkness, a joy to the sorrowful, a sea for the thirsty, a haven for the distressed, an upholder and defender of the victim of oppression. Let integrity and uprightness distinguish all thine acts. Be a home for the stranger, a balm to the suffering, a tower of strength for the fugitive. Be eyes to the blind, and a guiding light unto the feet of the erring. Be an ornament to the countenance of truth, a crown to the brow of fidelity, a pillar of the temple of righteousness, a breath of life to the body of mankind, an ensign of the hosts of justice, a luminary above the horizon of virtue, a dew to the soil of the human heart, an ark on the ocean of knowledge, a sun in the heaven of bounty, a gem on the diadem of wisdom, a shining light in the firmament of thy generation, a fruit upon the tree of humility."
(Baha'u'llah, Epistle to the Son of the Wolf, p. 93)

I, a confirmed agnostic, also feel just fine about my life, and am doing what I can to make life better for others. One such activity is to try to persuade people such as yourself that religion may help you feel good, and useful, etc., but it is not necessary for that purpose -- or for any purpose. I am perfectly satisfied to do science to find out how things work, and it is not necessary to bring any sort of magic (i.e., a god) into the equation to make it work. Furthermore, injecting such magic makes it provably impossible to make useful predictions, which impresses me as being singularly inconvenient.

My faith makes me feel whole. At one with the world. Extatic that i am alive and that i have free will. Dont worry if they attack your faith dont worry its only cause their is weak and they are scared of your strength in your faith. May the god and goddess bless every step on your path. Good luck and be safe.

One thought to consider: I know that the Christian faith instructs Christians to render unto Caesar's what is Caesar's -- in other words, to adhere to worldly rules in worldly things.

In your question, you are explicitly violating the terms of service, which ask you to use the forum only for true questions and answers, for situations when you need information and others can supply it.

An analogy might be grabbing a traffic cop's megaphone away from him in order to spread your message. You may be saying positive things, but you are using your faith to disrupt the way that others live, which seems to violate the principle of humility.

Is going against community standards really the best way to spread your message?
