The first thing you have to do is cut back on food intake. You have to descipline yourself and your body to eat less first. Do not perform any exercise until you see a loss of weight and you feel that your body is used to eating less. My rule of thumb is cut everything you eat to one-third of what you usually eat. Be honest and stick to the plan until you start losing weight. this will usually take about a month or two, depending on what type of food you eat. Have fun!

Hi,
You know when they talk about seeing a physical therapist and or your doctor first before starting a new regimen? Those people are kind of right on this part, if you don't want to loose patients. The one thing that works first off is discovering your own personal will power. How far do you want to go and then using what works. For a lot of people there are many options. and one of the things that you need to realize is eating is a good thing. You can't starve yourself, but you do need to keep a consistent diet too. these are healthy snacks to healthy meals. and as far as the exercise plan that you are doing. that is fine. BUT first how about just trying to do something you like. Do you like running? do you like going to the gym? what about just walking? the idea on exercise (if you haven't done it in a while) is to just get motivated first off, that can be anything physical THAT YOU WANT TO DO, not cause someone else told you to. Sit-ups is a good thing but don't just do it cause you think that is it. if you feel you are over the limit on waiting and that you personally feel your over weight, then I do suggest in my opinion that you see a physical doctor and or trainer for what really works. After you have figured out what your workout niche is, then start progressing. Start with timing your workout on what you need to burn off. Is it the thighs? the Biceps? lower calves? ABS?< and everyone wants that pretty six pack that we all adore! But first off, just do what you want to do and have fun with it really.

Lots of cardio along with a fat burner like hydroxcut HardCore or Lipo6. Situps are good. But it will take at least 30 min sessions of cardio 4 times a week minimum to burn off the belly fat.
