It seems like I am losing a lot of hair. I am not sure why. I'm desperate for my hair to grow back... Other than using hair growth products, are there any other ways to have your hair growing back? (without any side effects...)

Massage your scalp, it increases circulation of blood, oxygen, and natural oils which of course increases hair growth. If you have a beauty supply store in your area visit them and look for the massaging hair brush, it is battery powered and it is so relaxing to use.
Having a good balanced diet helps also.
Massaging your scalp on a regular basis may cause it to become oily more often, but that is a good thing.
Massage at the end of the day and brush from scalp to ends, this will help to distribute the natural oils throughout your hair, thus giving it a natural conditioning effect.
You can massage on and off all day.

Hair loss can be a sign of malnutrition, illness, or just age. The baldness gene is actually carried by women, so some hair loss in women occurs naturally. However, if you aren't very old, and you don't think you have any underlying illnesses or serious medical concerns (check with your doctor to be sure), then I would suggest taking a multivitamin every day and paying close attention to your diet.

Also, pulling one's hair back very tight too often or on a daily basis can cause you to lose hair because of the strain it puts on it. In either case, I would consult your doctor, because sudden and unexplained hair loss is generally not a great sign, and you may need her guidance to solve your problem.

Hair loss affects both men and women. Here are some natural remedies that can help boost hair growth: https://bitly.im/aL8nr While genetics plays a role, there are other factors, including: hormonal imbalances, an underactive thyroid gland, nutrient deficiencies and insufficient scalp circulation.

No, it's not true. What increases hair growth most of all is the summer season. In addition, during the rest of the year, you can take hair, skin, and nails vitamins, which contain biotin, inositol, and other ingredients to make your hair and skin healthy and strong.

Have you changed your diet in anyway? Often a change in diet can cause thinning and lose of hair. Diets such as Atkins cause hair to become weak and break easily. Protien is not only good for your body but good for your hair as well.
