Like what shud be breakfast,lunch, dinner,what quantity ? what to eat if ur hungry? what between meals,Pls dont give names only like protein,fat etc.Give names of foods and its quantity like Rice - 5 tablespoon etc.

its not so much hard 4 lossing ur weight.
u just have 2 controll on ur diet
i will tell sm points 2 u
1.u should decrease ur carbohydrates at night it means u should reduce chapati and rice.
2.u should increase ur protiens at night like milk, eggs.
3.or u eat only 4 one time in morning and take 3 ,4 eggs and milk after one hour of eating eggs at night.

There are a million diets and I don't know what does or doesn't work. If you starve yourself your body will store what you do eat as fat for self preservation. Eating like 6 small meals a day will tell your body to increase your metabolism and you will end up burning more calories off and storing less fat. Moderate exercise will help even more. Good Luck!

100% vegetables. Reduce eating Rice, Ghee, Butter and other junk food. Diet alone will not reduce weight. Regular exercises with diet will surely reduce ur weight

eat whatever you want. calories input and burn ratio will affect weight gain or loss. calories from fat are retained by your body, so watch the fat intake. burn more calories than you eat.
