Well tender spots on your head are generally due to an inflamed lymph node and not a huge concern to worry about. That being said, as many others who've already suggested the best way to find out is by consulting your doctor. In very rare cases it could be due to an osteoma or an aneurysm, but again I think that unlikely. However it is quite difficult to diagnose something without a clinical examination and based on the symptoms you've mentioned it is most likely due to you having bumped your head somewhere unintentionally and caused a minor area of inflammation.

Now that being said, If it's a brain tumour you're worried about, I can assure you that you would have expected other symptoms and not a tender spot on your skull. Those symptoms include continuous progressively severe generalized headaches, nausea and vomiting and in some cases personality changes, and the list goes on.

So I can't imagine it being something you need to worry about, but I do recommend visiting your GP for peace of mind.

HOpe this helps, Good Luck

It sounds like the Throbber's Head Explosion Syndrome to me. It will probably explode.... your head that is, within 24 hours. Try to remain in the bathroom so they can clean you up more easily. It was nice knowing you.
What a shame......tsk tsk stk.........

You may have bruised it unknowingly. If it continues, go to your gp and let them check it out for you.
