Sweat is merely the body flushing out the impurities in your diet. What are you eating? Maybe you should be eating other things. Oddly one of the healthiest things you can eat, GARLIC, smells real terrible. THREE KEY THINGS to consume to help sweeten your sweat ::: lots of Mint - - - two cups of tea a day at least. Fresh Parley, yes chew it don't just leave (leaf) it on your plate. Lots of water not soda or sports drinks. The best recommendation for foul sweat is to cut out processed foods.

Lymph issues (like clogging due to Anti Persperants) can help cause stinky sweat, but there are just some people who stink a whole lot when they sweat. I have found the best way to deal with stinky sweat is to use natural Deodorants (not antipersperants) and Patchouli scent (oil, cologne, etc.) Patchouli seems made to mix with stinky sweat and create a sexy scent that is all together easier to deal with! Incidentally, I think Patchouli smells awful on anyone besides the truly stinky sweaters.

Peace!

Sweat will stink if it sits on your body for a while. After you are done what ever was causing you to sweat, get out of thoes clothes, wash them and take a shower. Garlic and onions are known to come through your pores as well so if you have a problem that way eat less of them.

Actually sweat has no odor, it is the bacteria on the skin that makes it stink. Garilc, coffee and other strong foods can make one smell worse. Certain Dri, sold at drugstores and applied at night, works wonders.
