By the time most women know they are pregnant (3 weeks after conception), their babies' hearts are already beating. Most abortionists will not commit abortion before 6 weeks due to the risk of "incomplete abortion" (parts of the baby being left in the womb). By 6 weeks, the baby has recordable brain waves and tiny fingers.
However, even IF an abortion could be committed one second after conception, it would still be wrong. The only things that will be "added" to the child from that point on are time and nourishment, the same things that are added to all of us as we grow and develop. An eight-week-old fetus is not less of a person than a six-month-old fetus or a 3-month-old born child or a two-year-old toddler. Our size, age, and level of development do not make us more human or more worthy of life.

To tell you the truth the fetus starts to develop very early in the pregnancy. I've seen some pretty disturbing pictures of babies aborted at 8 weeks, they have arms, legs, a head, 10 fingers and 10 toes. So no, I don't believe in abortion but if other people want to kill their own babies that should still be their choice.

If there are no nerve cells or brain tissue then the feotus is still, technically, just an organism and hasn't fully developed. I believe in pro-choice because there are always a lot elements that factor into those types of situations.
For instance, if a woman is raped and becomes pregnant from that rape- she more than likely would not want to keep the child for many reason. 1) It would be a horrible reminder of how she was brutally taken advantage of against her will, 2) If she did keep the baby there is a likely chance she will harbour ill feelings towards the child because of how it was conceived, and it's possible she could become abusive towards the child... not directly on purpose, but is mentally instilled into her from that experience.
Now, I did know one lady who was the victim of rape twice but she still insisted on keeping the child. I did not pry into her reasons but I do respect her for becoming a still caring mother and being able to love the children despite the circumstances.
Also, giving birth to the child and then putting it up for adoption may be a good thing, too, but there are also negatives to that. One of the most important ones being that- a mother and child have a very special and deep bond due to that nine month duration they are of one person. Having a woman give up that child, whether it was by choice or not, can be damaging to her psyche over time. She will find herself constantly wondering about the child, she may even have dillusions that she is still in the presence of the child. Like phantom limbs for amputees. It can, to a point, drive her mad over time.

Ugh...another abortion question........
That being said, should a woman who has become just go get an abortion because she feels like it?
No.
I think adoption is a much better solution.
But, if a woman has other reasons to get an abortion (and trust me there are some good reasons) that she should get an abortion that is her decision, and she should do it before it begins to develop into a fetus.

WHy go for abortion if there is DUREX in the market?! ANytype of abortion is harmful to the mother, be it physically or mentally. There were medical reported that some women became blind after abortion, some became kidney failure. These are medical complication which is difficult to explain. But they are genuine stories. Even if you can go out of the abortion theatre in a whole piece, so what, your virgina is being forced open with a pair of tweezers and a hard iron scrap to scrap out the living cells and I think that itself is already hurtful. Why bear all this painful consequences just because your partner wants pleasure and your feelings is not his first priority?!

Abortion should never be an option for anyone... No matter what you say, that there has the makings of a human being. No matter what science tells us that there has life... and abortion is murder...
There is no acceptable reason for anyone to abort their babies...
Do you know that in Korea, and perhaps in other countries, a person celebrates his/her first birthday when he/she is born? That means that for them, a person starts living the moment he/she is conceived. I believe that this should be the case for everybody!

absolutely not
its not killing a child because nothing is developed on the fetus infact all fetuses are female so that should say enough that it is most definately not a specified enough of a creature to care whether if or not it survives
