well, when i cant sleep because im thinking about a guy i like, i would just listen to music or watch t.v./movies - mostly listening to music. when that doesnt work, i just put up with dreaming about him. i must admit, the moment i first started to like him, i would continue looking at the picture of me and him in my phone. this was right after we met and shared a lot of kisses in the same night we met. *looks down*. something that would be fun this early of the morning to do is mayb go for a swim to clear your head or go for a walk if you find what i do boring.

you miss him because you quit or you miss him because he is temporarily away?

in both cases it is hard to bear, but if it's the latter: call him, write him letters (good, old fashioned ones), watch some old photographs, hear your both favorite music, go where you used to go.

in the first case: guess there is nothing you can do; it's said that time will heal this wounds, but that's a very small comfort.
go out with your friends and get some deflection. a new love will help you, but this kind (a true love and not some consolation kind of love) is hardly found at the push of a button.

We all have to go through a grieving process even if we initiated the break-up but one thing that helped me was the book called "It's called a break-up, because it's broken!" It is written by the same guy who wrote "He's not that into you" along with his wife. Unfortunately, time is the only other thing. Good luck and remember there is somebody out there for you.

well,if you are a young girl, teen and under,
it's best,in my opinion to picture him with
another girl kissing because more than likely
if he's not yet,he will be soon enough!!!
This is natural for young girls and boys to do.
they aren't ready for the serious stuff yet.
But if you are a grown woman, then try to
think happy thoughts about the two of you
and amagine what being together again will
be like when you see him!!!
