There both great trucks i just had to make the same decision. I choose Toyota Tacoma! Mine is a Silver 05' dual cab V6 with TRD package and I love it. Power is awesome and the ride is real smooth. I would suggest test driving both before buying... I cant just convince by words. your gonna have to go out and experience them both =p have fun.
also toyota tacoma has had great reviews =p good luck

Nissans rust easier then Toyota's but both are great trucks. Nissans have a bit more leg room if you are tall

I would recommend the Toyota Tacoma my husbands cousin drives one and he has good luck with it

I have a 99 Frontier and its been great, no engine problems at all
and does well on mileage, (tho it is a 4 cylinder) but all in all , I have been really happy with it.

i really love my Nissan, but it seams to me that Toyotas hold up a little better over the years.
