One can't be a beautifull to everyone but for some one. sometime u may thing some is beauty but same time those one will not be beauty for others. whoever u thing is not a beauti but they might be a beautiful to others. So In my way 100% of the Humans are beautiful

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder , but pressed for an answer I'll say about 80% , that's giving thumbs down to 20% which are not beautiful inward nor outwardly . But just an opinion , I can usually find something beautiful about most people .

A very high ratio . Man is born beautiful unless you judge he is not . Beauty is not only in appearance but also in gestures, elegant clothes ,ideas ,morals etc. and as such you can find every man beautiful and attractive if you concentrated on his positive characters and manners.

oh......dats a a vry simple question.......evrybdy in this wot\rld is beautiful.....you only need to look inside them.............if you meant how many in this world's pretty...........then dats a difficult question becoz it depends on the criteria u undertake.......the factors u consider.............
