No, it's just messy. If neither of you has a problem with it then go for it. Orgasms make cramps go away. :D
Edit: there is no "risk of infection" at all. Ignore that comment and the one that said that it's bad for your health. You could fill a book with the stuff these people don't know.
PS - keep a cr@p towel or washcloth close by!

Not usually but it is quite messy unless your in the bath or shower...Actually a woman is more aroused during her period because of the rush of hormones in her body...Orgasms are wonderful at allieviating headaches also because of the endorphines it sends through your body...

i does not hurt. it helps relieve cramps, and it feels good, because you are extra sensitive. make sure you put a towel on the bed, just in case if it gets too messy.

No it shouldn't hurt but will be messy. He will be putting himself in an easy spot to catch a infection or giving you one.

no, but get a towel because you may bleed a bit over the bed and him. make sure he doesn't freak out about the blood, my guy had a funny face the first time, like it was gross, but he doesn't mind no more.

if its ur first tym yea but if not i dont think so just make sure u wash the bed sheet in cold water - cold water is best for removing blood stains
