Do you exercise enough? The hands and feet get cold when the blood is not circulating or being distributed properly When you exercise everything moves better.

See your doctor but lots of active exercise will help. You probably have poor circulation or a deficiency of iron or other minerals. A simple blood test will be the first step in finding out.

how old are you, so far I know of 2 persons with this condition and they are middle aged. Both women, skinny, don't eat much even during meal times because they feel full very fast. Both are quite fussy persons in that they stress out easily. Maybe the lack of certain nutrients as their bodies are only just 'surviving' so no extra fuel to burn and keep warm. So eat a bit more fat in your meals and learn to relax.

How is your blood circulation, your blood pressure? T C has a point, if your red blood cell count is low, you will be cold irregardless of the weather.

Normally people that are under weight are always very cold. If you are under weight then that's probably why.
