I am vegetranian on an eggless and meatless diet and have been having diary products and soya and whey protien shake? is it still possible to add muscles mass without amino acids found in meat?

I'm not 100% sure; but protein from whey will give you the same protein value as in meats and eggs. You might want to consider eggwhite powder with your protein shakes. You have to have protein to build up muscle or you will get muscle wasting. See a nutritionist about this; they can tell you how the soy and whey will affect your body.

My mentor who is vegeterian has been able to build muscle mass relatively quickly despite being vegeterian ;)

When I was working out before my wedding, I gained muscle mass as long as I continued to have protein intake and worked out consistently in things like weight lifting...
