most do it before breakfast, but I'd do it after dinner. Try all times of the day for a day or two and what you like.

The best time of the day to weigh yourself is in the morning after you have gone to the toilet to pee and poo.

This is the most accurate time of the day to weigh yourself because you would be rid of the excess water and junk in you and have not yet put in new things into your body.

It would be most accurate to make weight comparisons only when you weigh at the same time everyday because drinking a glass of water could make you heavier by 1kg!

The best time to weigh yourself is midweek right after you have gone to the bathroom and before you eat your breakfast. Make sure you always weigh yourself the same day of the week (not Friday or Monday, too stressful and weight changes often) and at about the same time.

I agree with the others. I do it in the morning after I tinkle but before I have startbucks. I do it before I shower so the wetness doesn't add weight. I always do it totally naked too, because even panties can bump me up to the next pound and then I am depressed for the entire day. I've been trying to lose those last 2 lbs for eight months.
