Find him a girlfriend! Fix him up with a teacher or something and wear modest clothes around him. You possibly look more and more like your mother each day - it could be very painful for him. If he could find someone else - maybe encourage him to bring in a housekeeper or fix him up with a teacher or place a personal ad in his name (well that might not be the best idea, but you know what I mean).
I would also consider enlisting the help of family member, etc. by telling people "I am worried about my dad, he really seems lonely - can you help me fix him up with someone or introduce him to someone nice".
Another thing you can do is to simply intention and visualize your father being as you want him to be. See him clearly in your minds eye as happy and loving, and a great dad. Maybe try to see him with a faceless woman and happy - someone that you really like. Visualizing can be very powerful. Try it for 3-5 minutes 2 or 3 times a day (like when you get up, go to bed or on the school bus). The more often you can do it and the more clearly you can see it, the better off you will be. You could see results after only a week if you are diligent...
Peace!

Here is some good news for you! Most states allow children like yourself to move out of the home into a friends home at age 15 or 16. As long as the law is in place, and you are of the age they say, your father can DO NOTHING TO GET YOU BACK HOME. if you can talk to a parent that you trust, you may be able to arrange this as your future home.
But remember, if you talk to any of these authorities that I listed above, you should be as honest as possible. All four of the people that I mentioned are called mandatory reporters. That means that they MUST, UNDER THE LAW, DO SOMETHING ABOUT YOUR SITUATION. You may need to move out of your home into foster care, because they say so. The best solution is to follow your heart. If it is very bad, make the move, talk to the people I mentioned. If it is not that bad, plan to move into a friends home at the age your state allows for.
This law was designed for victims like you.

Well, he might be noticing how much like your mother you are turning out. It might be a good idea to invest in some looser clothes for around the house so he can't look.
Or you could tell him that the way he looks at you makes you uncomfortable or something-- takee a stand for yourself, he probably didn't realize he was lookin at you that way.

I'm not sure you should be the one trying to help him. Men are very different people!! I would watch how I dress for one. Don't EVER put yourself in a situation where things could go weird, and you need to talk to an aunt, uncle, grandparent, friend or someone about this. I wouldn't be alone with him either. Don't think its just in your head that you are imagining it either.

maybe he is noticing how you are becoming so curvy and trying to figure out a way to tell you you need to start dressing a little more modest when you two are together but dozen,t want to be the mean parent or make you feel weird about it

To begin with, I was going to say that maybe he just sees you, and you remind him of your mother.... But then I continued reading. I would talk to someone I trust. But be careful about who you talk to. If it's family, they would know your father and possibly have trouble imagining he's capable. I would talk to someone at school, or your doctor, or something like that.

talk to a school counselor or make an appointment with a psychiatrist, at least talk to someone that can help you, because it sounds like someone should intervene in some way
