i wn to lose wight efore school starts onhe sixth. if i eat small, healthy meals evrey three hours and exersise every day, about how much weight wil i lose by next sunday?

It all depends on things like your metabolism. It has actually been shown that eating smaller meals more often does help you lose weight though.

It all depends what you eat and how much you burn. If your intake is less than what you burn then you will loose weight. Set a long term goal rather than a short term one. it will help you in the long run.

It is said that if you eat 4-6 small meals a day and workout regularly then your metabolism is at its best and you will burn more calories.

Stay on your diet of small healthy meals and go to the gym regularly. loosing weight depends on your body how it takes your regime. it is different for everyone.
