Last I heard, 20 of the 23 Muslims arrested in the UK were born and raised there. How do you fight that? What's your theory?

Unfortunately, none of these answers seem to offer a real solution to end terrorism. Maybe Jennifer’s correct and no one knows. I’m extending the question in the hopes of receiving more answers.
Xfixtrax – Everyone knows that most Muslims are respectful members of society, but it doesn’t change the fact that the terrorists in this war have all been Islamic extremists. I agree that racial profiling is a terrible thing, but I would rather err on the side of caution.
Jims – You’re right but I just can’t understand why they think we’re so terrible. I realize our soldiers treaded on their holy grounds during Desert Storm and that was highly upsetting to them…but is the best resolution to blow up innocent civilians?
John – If we were to bomb Iran we would be spreading ourselves very thin. I do think Iran is becoming a greater threat each day. They’re supporting Hezbolah. Why? To weaken the US and Israel.

Baerchen – We know how it started (see above). The terrorists are not interested in a resolution. Have you seen one video that seeks peace? Al-Qaida is not looking for a peaceful resolution. If they were I would be all for it.
Nicolas – Osama bin Laden is a millionaire. It is not a poverty issue. It is a religious issue.
James – I know peace is not an option. I just don’t understand how to find a resolution to terrorism.
Bearable – Living without war would be wonderful but in this world of crazy extremists (and I’m not just speaking of Muslims) it doesn’t seem possible. Israel didn’t start this war. Hezbolah did. It’s heartbreaking to hear how many people are dying. How do you put a stop to terrorism? I read your article. While it criticized many, it offered no plan.

As long as there are religions, there will be war and terrorism, it has always been there, and will always be there until everyone is satisfied with there lot in life, and that is not happening any time soon.

Violence will not end terrorism, it is true. However, it can serve as a deterrant. It also prevents some attacks by killing the perpetrators before they can breed, and before they can strike again. The sad fact is that Muslims are the cause of 90% of the world's problems. They kill or attempt to enslave anyone that does not follow their worship of the pig eating pedophile muhamud.

When taking out the terrorists we need to bomb Iran. Iran supplies terrorists with weapons, money and man power. We could cripple them by attacking Iran.
But the liberals don't even let use take a terrorists captive in Iraq unless we read them there rights. So i doubt they would let us bomb Iran. I guess we need a big enough kick in the *** to do something like that.
Guess 9/11 wasn't big enough.

as soon as you even think of the word "fight" - you loose!
hate creates ever more hate, fear creates ever more fear. if you fight, someone will always fight back. (and there never even needs to be any reason!)
how to end terrorism? find out how it started! but you will never find out, because everybody will tell you something different - their own point of view.
but actually, when people really find a way to sit down together and try to find out the reasons why, it will be just like a marriage couseling: at the end, you always find out that there was no actual reason for you to argue, except the fear of not being loved.
then, couples either find a way back together, realizing that they were arguing about nonsense, or they split up.
i mean, some just can't relate - that's life!
(i even remember seeing cartoons/caricatures about bush and hussein as a couple...)
what do you think would happen when bush and el-quaida come together to talk about their problems?
you know what, forget the question. you wanted answers, so here's mine:
i thinking both of them are childish and dumb enough to still keep going for a long while - with enough lost souls to join them on their way...

Lets hug a muslim, that will be a start, muslims are a peaceful bunch, trying to change the infidels to their beliefs by force if necessary. The muslims are committing 100% of the terrorist acts, its true, but if we are nice to them they will stop blowing us up. I will offer my child to be a friend of a muslim child and we will give peace a chance! Hell no, the only way to stop this is to blow them to their paradise with allah, but i hope thats not too offensive, at least i didn't draw a picture of allah. That really pisses them off.

the ones arrested are not confirmed terrorists. D fact that they were stereotyped being one is sad. Terrorism doesn't mean jus Muslims. Dictionary doesn't state Terrorsim: An act committed by Muslim Extremist.
No , no dictionary states that. So rephrase the qns.

The more advanced countries just invent their own terror and then identify it where they want it to be, so they can then attack to achieve their agendas.
You cant fight terror it is an idea "the war on terror" is just buzz words to keep the sheeples happy at home and not thinking too much.

I personally don't think we can ever end terrorism but what we can do is stop giving them the media coverage and propaganda they crave. The whole definition of terrorism is to instill fear and disrupt the way of life. If we don't give them the attention or show fear of them they will slowly dwindle away.

there's no way to end terrorism....there will always be a fraction of people not happy about how things are...no matter where you are born or raised, you will be a terrorist if you find that you need to resort to terrorism to get things done as you are not happy with things around you and you desperately need for things to change immediately....
