If your highlights are too brassy or too bright you can have the stylist put a toner on them. The toner we use is a temporary color so it doesn't affect the base color. Your stylist should do this for you at no charge if you had the highlights done within the last few days. Most stylists guarantee their work.

There's nothing you can really do now, highlighting bleaches the color right out of your hair. Even if you tried to dye it your base color, the highlighted parts would look a slightly different color. Don't do anything on your own, try to go to a professional.

You could trying dying your hair close to the same color as your base color. The highlights will be there but less visible. But it depends on your base color and highlight color. Add some details and I will see if I can help more. Good luck.

you have to decide is it worth losing the base color to get rid of the highlights? if you really want the highlights gone, go to a salon and ask her to match the base to a color she has then get your whole head that color and hopefully it will comeout looking pretty much the same. good luck

this happened to me. i bought a semi-permanent dye in my base color and used that. it helped the highlights fade into my hair, but let me keep the color i wanted,

Go to a salon. You can have your high lights turned into low lights, which means a darker color, this can be done without ruining your base color. You can have your high lights made dark brown or medium brown.

Just go to aprofessional again, take a burgaondy colour (if your hair is not white) or natural browns, and get that apread thorugh all of your hairs, I am sure you will get rid of all these unwanted highlighter.

You should be able to re-dye it the base color. I can't see why you wouldn't beable to do that.
