Cause theres alot of them were I am and the stem is white and the caps are black.

haha, look that up. I think over 90% of mushroom types are deadly poisonous.
its important to first document what the colours are before you pick it, then take it back to a reference guide (can use the one provided or a psilocybin handbook) and discover if its edible! Usually ones found on fertilizer are magical, so good luck in your journey if that be the case.

You shouldn't eat mushrooms that are growing out in the wild. There's a possibility that they could be poisonous mushrooms.

Nah, I used to pick psylocibin(misspell) mushrooms when I was in my 20's and they did not look like that. Just go look for the ones in the grocery store.

Any mushroom that has signs of insect foraging is safe to eat.

Mushrooms are a fungus. They are poisonous if you don't know what you are doing. Ask a restaurant or something. I would not just try them.
