its the human rights law.everybody has the right to live and nobody has the right in taking some one else's life.in the philippines before,lethal injection was being practiced by the then government of Pres.estrada but the human rights lawyer and even the catholic churches critizised the act saying its so inhumane.but how about the crimes these criminals did?!was it humane?!they were killers and rapist!i was just thinking maybe they hate(human rights advocates and catholic churches) death penalty coz it hasnt happened to them..but now with the present government,the first family is the no.1 violator and nobody can do anything about it :(

no - no military member has been hanged for insubordination or treason since the first world war.

And no, they shouldn't be.

Check Utah & Canada. Canada used to hang criminals & Utah - death by firing squad. Guess you'll have to find someone from those places
