Understanding Samsara. Understanding Karma, becoming immovable to cause and effect. Once you let go of your desires and the effects of adversity and pleasure, becoming the same person in the face of either effect, you understand Karma and break free from Karma. Then samsara makes perfect sense and you will never desire to be reborn, because you desire nothing that exists in samsara.
Be good.

The cycle of samsara is the cycle of reincarnation. It is a cycle of eternal destruction because as soon as you are born you begin to age and die.
Eternal life is one way of overcoming samsara. We could obtain eternal life through finding a way to stop our bodies from aging or through finding a state of mind that is indifferent to ageing and death.
Buddha proposed that the cessation of desire led to overcoming samsara. But if you just stop desiring things, it has big negative consequences. You become poor through neglect. You become nonreactive to others which may lead to isolation . And desire itself might not cease if it is hard coded into your body -ie the desire for air, water, food, exercise, movement, excretion, perception. All living creatures have fundamental needs to carry out these processes, and experience desire when these processes are frustrated. Imagine someone who denied their desire for air, water, food, movement, people, medical attention, avoiding fire or falling .

Jesus he offered as a free gift for those who will accept it.
Romans 3:23-24 For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God. Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus.
Romans 6:23 for the wages of sin is death(hell) but the gift of God is eternal life throught Jesus Christ our Lord
Romans 5:8 But God commendeth his love toward us, that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
Luke 13:3 I tell you , : Nay: but, except you repent, you shall all likewise perish.
Romans 10:13 for whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved
Roman 10:9-11 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. For the scriputure saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.
John 3:16-17 for God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world: but that the world through him might be saved.
Its a simple as having a child like believe that Jesus died for you... seek... ask...pray
Dear Jesus... I am a sinner... I have done wrong. I know this. I seek you now dear Lord. Forgive me. Come into my heart. Make me your own. I believe in you Lord. Thank you sending your Son to die for me... amen.
