Two important things that you need to seriously consider are diet and exercise. Keep doing what you're doing but add in some kind of workout that will keep your heart doubled from the resting heart rate and try to do that exercise for 20 minutes or more. Sweat it off. Eat healthy food. Try eating six times a day and consuming no more than a cup of food at each meal. Stay away from sweets and all the goodies. Getting to your goal will be a daily challenge and consistency will be your best chance at losing the flab and bulge around youir waist. Incorporate a whole body workout because that's more effective than focusing just on sit-ups. Running and jogging are great also. Even walking long distances will pay off. Patience is the key and working yourself hard everyday is the goal.

All I know is that fat it's burning equally on the body. Keep doing what you're doing and eventually your belly will start to shrink. Aerobic is the best for burning fast.
