First of all. you need to learn how to spell ("payed" is actually spelled "paid")
Next I will answer your question..
Never with a stranger; I only like that "kind" of sex with someone I have already established a relationship with...it makes the sex a lot more fun (and a whole lot better!)
As for you...if you want sex that bad (even phone sex) initiate a decent conversation...show a real interest in your "maybe" partner...intellect (and asking smart questions shows intellect) and humor...wil go a long way...
