Could you still date or marry someone if you found out they were HIV Positive, had Herpes, or some other type of non-curable disease?

In your hypothetical situation, it sounds like you are finding out after you love the person already. In that case, I almost certainly would marry them. I would enjoy whatever time we have on earth together, because nobody knows when their time is up anyway.
If I already knew the person had a non-curable disease, it may be a little harder to fall for them so deeply knowing that in the first place, but it would not be impossible.
Love is love...and when it happens, you ,make it happen and go with it.

No. The same is true for me, I wouldn't expect someone to date, have sex, marry me if I found out I was HIV positive or had Hepatitis C.

herpes, yes, vih, no, I wouldn't marry anyone with a mortal disease because I would know that it would be to hard for the both of us to face each others deaths.

Yeah, maybe not have sex with a person that had HIV, but herpes or something that won't kill you, sure.

Yes, in fact they can be the most compassionate people to other health problems you may get in your older years, they know how to love unconditionally.

Why? You can be their friend but why waste your own life dating them?
