im 11 and i wear a b36. my neigbor next to me can see in my window bc we live like 20ft away and i was changing with the window open and i went to get my shirt and i wasnt wearing a bra so he say my boobs and took a pic of them when i noticed hime he took one last pic and ran out of his room so now he has a pic of my boobs

You really need to inform you parents. This young man made a bad judgement call and unless his parents endorse such material (which I haven't met any who have for his age), his parents ought to be just as upset as you are. You made a lapse in judgement too by undressing in front of an open window - but people make lapses all the time whether its due to age/inexperience, stress, or many other things. If you don't feel comfortable enough telling your parents - then find an adult you do trust. What he did is against the law, and no matter what his age he shouldn't be allowed to get away with it. In any case, you will gain a lot of trust from your parents by going to them and telling the whole story. It might feel embarrasing, but admitting when you've made an error and discovered someone else has taken advantage of that is out of line - and at your age isn't something that you should deal with on your own. Things will be okay in the end - and if they aren't okay....then it isn't the end.

Honey tell your mom, close your curtians from now on and know that even though you did not have them closed before this is not your fault you are only 11 and did not understand that there are sick people out there. Tell your mom though she will protect you
