Depends who is pouring the shot... but normally, it would be 1 ounce. And a bottle of beer, it is 10 ounces.

a bottle of beer has 12 ounces i know for sure because i used to work at a convenience store. a can of beer also has 12 ounces. a single shot of alcohol i think has 2 ounces. husband says it has an ounce in it but my shot glass looks bigger than an ounce. curious to find out who is right him or me though.

A glass of beer is 12 oz. A single shot of alcohol can be anywhere from 1 to 2 oz., maybe more, depending on your bartender.

depends on bottle size, there are 7oz,12oz, 11.2oz,16oz,22oz, 24oz,32oz, 40oz. 1 shot=1oz
